Presentation:
Title: Storytelling with Financial Data using Power BI
Abstract:
Recent changes to Microsoft’s Standard Visualizations have made it more possible than ever before to lead users to actionable data in visually compelling ways without custom visualizations.
In this session, we will delve into the art of storytelling through financial data using Power BI, taking full advantage of the enhanced visual capabilities. We’ll explore how these changes empower you to craft narratives that resonate with your audience, making data-driven decisions a reality.
Throughout the presentation, we will discuss different visual techniques and the reasons behind implementing them. You will gain insights into the psychology of effective data communication, enabling decision-makers to explore their data more effectively.
Together, we will go through the process of creating a simple report that showcases firsthand how these enhancements can transform raw financial data into impactful narratives.
Join us to discover how to engage users and drive actionable insights with these new options.
