Paul Turley
Designing and Building an End-to-End Business Intelligence Solution with SQL Server 2008 and SharePoint Services

The audience will actively participate as we analyze requirements, design, build and deploy a real-world BI solution from the ground up. Participants will provide some of the data, help white-board a solution and then see an enterprise solution grow before their very sees. In this fast-paced, real-world simulation, you will design a business data warehouse using SQL Server 2008 optimizations, build automated ETL processes, design OLAP cubes using new features in Analysis Services, and quickly design reports using the new Report Builder 2.0. We will design dashboard pages and bring the entire solution to life in a SharePoint BI portal site.
